The stylist brought over two outfits: one was a pair of shorts and a T-shirt, pure and cute, while the other was a black, tight-fitting leather suit.
The entrance to the mine shaft was supported by a massive log as a beam, and the ground was covered in black, crushed rocks—clearly coal mine tailings.
I decided to just stay here quietly and see what would happen next; I couldn't afford to drag Qi Tianyang down with me.
Realizing this, Qi Tianyang was so anxious he was practically tearing his hair out. He had no choice but to take off his own wet clothes and drape them over my shoulders, though it did nothing to lessen the biting cold.
The master and servant ate in silence. It felt strange; they had grown accustomed to living as a pair, and now that two maids had suddenly appeared, everything felt uncomfortable.
Suddenly, I looked back and discovered a semi-translucent figure behind me. I immediately recognized it as a ghost. Since Zhao Xiwen could see it, it meant this ghost was far more powerful than the average spirit. Yet, at this moment, it was walking toward us.
"Click." The door to the wooden cabin opened, and a kind-looking elderly man stepped out, appearing entirely ordinary.
This desperate Princess declared that she would only relinquish her power if her son inherited the presidency of the SNG Group. Therefore, her son could not die, especially not from congenital heart disease.
I shifted my body uncomfortably to the side, avoiding any unnecessary awkwardness in public.
Phoenix felt no heartache, especially after learning of Azure Dragon’s true colors. She felt fortunate that she hadn't chosen him; had she done so, she would have lived a life of hell.
As he spoke, Li Qi coughed violently, picked up a bottled oxygen canister from his side, pressed it to his mouth and nose, and took a deep breath.
Because of this, Shen Hui got carried away. He believed Shen Peilan’s tolerance was a signal to him: you can get ready to marry Luo Qingyi.
Yi Sangsang led Zhang Yuanzhe to the dormitory building from last time with practiced ease. They used the same old method: Yi Sangsang went inside while Zhang Yuanzhe kept watch. Perhaps because the night had gone too smoothly, Yi Sangsang couldn't shake a sense of foreboding.
Li Zhipeng slapped the old woman across her left cheek. Li Xiulian’s action left not only the old woman stunned, but Li Zhipeng himself as well.

This time, a massive pit over three hundred meters wide appeared in the ground below. It was bottomless, with transparent waves of energy raging within, turning the nearby rocks and trees into fine dust.
It seemed this was the owner of the stone spear embedded in Ye Ji’s left chest... This caused Ye Ji to revise his assessment of these monsters to a higher level.
"I can do it, and you all can certainly do it too." Li Qi paused, then continued to shout: "Now is the time for you all to show off your skills."
If he successfully leveled up, even if he encountered Ying Nantian at his peak, he would have the strength to put up a fight. In that scenario, combined with his mental powers, he might even gain the upper hand.
Then, Yi Sangsang felt as if Wei Yuanqian was dragging her along from behind. Blindfolded, she couldn't see anything; she could only rely on the strong hands gripping her waist.
"So that's how it is. Those three are being surrounded by such demonic beasts; perhaps in another half-quarter of an hour, this light barrier will be destroyed!" Lu Tianming commented softly, his voice caught by the three people on the other side.
"Niannian, Xiaotong, you two get your styling done here; I'm going to change into my formal wear." Rong Xiaoyu looked at them, instructed the staff to keep their styling fresh and simple, and then strode upstairs.
"Shut up, you bitch! I will kill you!" Lin Wenlang roared. Being schemed against, combined with Yue'er’s distrust, deepened the bloodlust within him. Because he was unable to move, she was able to live a little longer.
"One... one million?" When they were discussing gambling on stones earlier, Han Zhuqing hadn't really thought about making money, let alone earning over a million.
"It's nothing, I seem to have lost some memory! My head hurts whenever I try to think about things!" I opened my eyes and said.
After passing through the dark tunnel, everyone arrived in a massive underground hall. It was no longer dark here; the walls were covered with numerous fluorescent plants emitting faint blue and green light. While not blindingly bright, it was enough to see clearly.
From the way she spoke, one could imagine Lin Jiachun’s worry, fear, and tension. If she had known it would come to this, she wouldn't have acted as she did! She originally had someone who could protect her, but she had sent him away, leading to her current plight.
After ten minutes of fireworks, the stadium lights were turned on and off simultaneously, repeating this three times. Then, ripples of light appeared on the stage, forming a pillar of light that slowly shot toward the sky. Xu Huiqiong, dressed in an angel gown, descended slowly from above.
Tang Youyou wanted to refuse, but since the information was discovered by the four parties, having her announce it would be very effective! After hesitating for a moment, she agreed.

"Alright then, go and cut off the heads of those ten people, would you?" Annie pointed at the ten bandits who had been discussing taking her to bed.
"Expose me? Who can prove that I did it?" Bai Mujin smiled innocently, as if she truly hadn't done anything at all.
Returning home, Old Tang leaned wearily against the sofa and closed his eyes. Milan walked over from the kitchen with a glass of warm water.
Taishang Laojun had always been gifted at divination. Seeing that the East Heavenly Gate and North Heavenly Gate had already been attacked by the Eastern Emperor Master, and that he had nearly succeeded both times, he calculated that such a formidable enemy would likely advance on the West Heavenly Gate next. He returned to the Tushita Palace in advance to summon his generals and organize a defense.
"Where is Shangguan Honglie?" Feng Yufei asked after Ah Xiang had walked away. Why had he left when she was injured? She felt a bitter ache in her heart.
In an instant, the Thousand-Tree Saint realized that the beam of light had been fired by Zen Spirit.
Staring at the latter's slightly pained face, she knew Qingyi had fainted and couldn't hear her words. "I cannot let you fall into their hands... Perhaps... death is the better choice." As she spoke, purple-red light flickered in her hand.
"Hmph, if you want me to lift the punishment, you must agree to one thing," Mei Xiaochang said.
What kind of beings were Zhuang Jian and the others? With a mere sweep of their consciousness, they grasped all the rules within the light scroll. This reception mission for Zhong Lei could be considered complete.
Gu Luo had heard a little about the manifestation of spiritual power, but during his recent exchange with Gu Yong, he hadn't seen him use this ability, so he hadn't recalled that a Spiral-Condensing warrior could unleash such power.
